FINANCIAL NEWSLETTER GOING ONLINE

NEW YORK, May 15/PRNewswire/- Neural Mediaª, Inc will launch ABAlert.com in Summer 2000. This project will enhance the way Asset-Backed Alert communicates with its clients and business prospects, allowing the weekly newsletter to offer online content and business transactions.

Asset-Backed Alert is widely regarded as the most respected publication in the securitization marketplace, providing its readers with breaking news and comprehensive statistics on the global market for securitized consumer loans, home mortgages and corporate receivables.

Neural Mediaª is now designing and creating a new site to replace the current static ABAlert.com. The new site will feature an enhanced look and feel that will improve the newsletter's recognition over the Internet. Most importantly, this new site will be database driven. Asset-Backed Alert will be able to manage and update the site through the online content administration toolbox.

Neural Mediaª will expand Asset-Backed Alert's current hard copy delivery of information and its static online presence, moving the publication into the Internet age. More importantly, the front-end Web aspects will be integrated to back-end client databases.

Dynamic features will be included in the new site, which will incorporate financial content delivery, search functions, online customer services with online subscription and payment, online membership exclusive services and, community features such as message boards.

The Information Architecture (IA) stage of this project has been done. The project is entering its development stage, including the designing, programming, database integration, and quality assurance.
